Please note this website is not a stock list. Whilst every attempt is made to ensure all items are in stock, there may be the odd occasion where an item is unavailable. If an item is in stock, and as long as you place your order before 2PM GMT we will dispatch your order the same day. If an item is out of stock it may take between 7 and 14 days for delivery, dependent on the supplier we source the t-shirt from. This could mean the supplier has also sold out of the item, they are reprinting the design, or there is a licensing issue.
We do our best to keep in contact with all our suppliers and as soon as we are aware of any delay in receiving your t-shirt order we will give you an update via the email address you provided of an expected delivery date. Postage RatesAll postage rates are calculated by weight both for UK and overseas orders and are covered by insurance for your order value.

Set up with over 10 years experience in the Dance Music Industry, the team behind Clubbers Clothing know what Clubbers want and know how to give it to them. Noticing a lack of quality and often a lack of choice when it comes to buying that special item of clothing that will get you noticed in the club, here we are to give you that choice! We look to offer new ranges of t-shirts that regular t-shirt stores don´t, can´t and won´t offer. We´ve been doing this long enough and have been fans long enough to know that choice is everything. As we offer the widest and best range of the finest t-shirts from across the World, some orders can take longer than others. We know that some bigger companies can sometimes beat us on delivery times, but this is usually because they are part of a big corporate company, or don´t really care about the t-shirts they are selling - 9 times out of 10 they only offer the same designs as every other t-shirt site. The reason they can turn it around quicker is because all their suppliers are in the one place - how lazy is that?
We pride ourselves on our independent status and we are continually finding the best designs from around the globe. Sure, if an item is out of stock you might not get your t-shirt the next day, but with the range we offer it's almost impossible to keep all of the great designs in stock all the time. So hopefully you want that hard to find t-shirt enough to sometimes wait a little longer. If you are impatient for your hard to find t-shirt then email or call us before ordering and we can always let you know its availability. Otherwise maybe you should try somewhere else and get the same t-shirt everyone else is wearing!
If I order, how long will it take for you to ship my order?If it's in stock and sitting on the shelf then as long as we receive your order before 2PM GMT we will dispatch it the same day. If you want your T-Shirt super quick for birthdays, anniversaries etc then hopefully you noticed the prompt before selecting your payment option to check with us via telephone or email as to its availability. We send all items out for next day delivery (UK only) so you can make sure your t-shirt arrives in time. If in the rare instance the item is temporarily out of stock we will email you straight back to give you an idea of when we expect it back in to stock, and when you can expect to receive your T-Shirt. By law we have up to 28 days to deliver your T-Shirt to you, but will always aim to have it in your hands within 14 days. If it looks like your order will take the full 28 days we will be in contact with you to let you know what's happening with it. We want you to feel informed.
Why do some of my orders from Clubbers Clothing take longer than my last order?We are continually finding new suppliers for best the designs from around the globe so with the range and choice we offer it's almost impossible to keep all of the great designs in stock all the time. We know you choose Clubbers Clothing because you´re as much a fan of dance music, TV, movies and t-shirts as we are and you know you can find the best t-shirts on the internet at Clubbers Clothing, so hopefully you want that hard to find t-shirt enough to sometimes wait a little longer. We add new designs and re-stock your favourites every 2 weeks, so if the t-shirt you ordered is not in stock at the time of ordering then it soon will be. We will always email you when we receive your order to let you know the expected delivery time. For example, some of the reasons your order may not be immediately available:
- Some of our designs are unique and custom made for your order and if out of stock can take 7 days from receiving your order to dispatch.
- If the items on your order are from the UK but out of stock they normally take 7-10 days to arrive with you. Sometimes some designs need to be reprinted by the supplier which can delay our restock program.
- Many of our t-shirts are made by specialist companies who only do small print runs, so when we run out of stock it can take a little longer for re-stock to arrive. We use these companies because they can offer us and you a far more unique t-shirt than you get at most other t-shirt stores, and we like supporting the little guy, because at the end of the day that´s what we are too.
Whatever the status of your order we will let you know when you can expect it from the time of ordering, how long it will take, up to the point that we send it out to you, that way you know what´s going on with your order at every stage. So hold tight, when your hard to find t-shirt arrives you´ll know only you and other Clubbers Clothing customers will be wearing it!
What are your shipping costs?We calculate your shipping costs by weight, and will send your order in whichever bracket it falls in the table below. If your order gets sent separately then we will send it Recorded Delivery Mail. You will only ever be charged the amount you paid at the time of ordering. We do not have access to your card information and cannot charge you any more postage costs.
Help! I've forgot my dad/friend/dog's birthday and I know they'd love one of your T-Shirts. Can I get it sent next day delivery?Sure, as long as we know when, we will do everything we can to get it to you. We you your order Recorded Delivery which is guaranteed delivered to you by 1pm the following day, just make sure you place your order by 2PM GMT. However this will be dependent on stock levels and availability. You can always give us a call on 0161 737 7719 (International, 00 44 161 737 7719) and we can ensure your order is shipped and packed in time, or if your chosen t-shirt is out of stock, we can even offer an alternative we think may be suitable.
Can you send my International order by Priority mail?No. We can arrange for an international courier to deliver your item, the shipping methods and costs are listed on the shopping cart.
Can I use Paypal to pay?Not yet, bear with us we are working on it!
Can I order over the phone?Yes. Call us on 0161 737 7719 (International, 00 44 161 737 7719) between 9.30am and 5pm Monday-Friday, and 10am-2pm Saturday GMT.
I´m not sure if my order went through? How can I find out if it did?You should receive a confirmation email from us soon after ordering. If you didn't get one then chances are your spam filters are blocking our email, or your order didn't go through. To check, log in to your account on the Clubbers Clothing website, your order should be displayed there. If it isn't then please email us at kiezo@clubbersclothing.com.
I have not received my order. Where is it?It's important that if you ordered online you gave a valid email address that you check regularly. We operate mainly via email, and will send you expected delivery date updates regularly. See below for a guide of delivery times:
- UK: We post all our orders by Recorded Delivery. This will ensure your delivery made next day by 1PM (UK only). If it doesn´t arrive after 2 days, then get in touch with us and we will track it and kick some ass.
(You may have to take public holidays into consideration, even the Postie needs a break from time to time!) - EUROPE: Deliveries to most European countries are almost always about 4-7 days after shipment from UK. If you have not received it after the expected delivery date, email us and we will track your order for you and let you know what's happening. The exception to this is Norway, where items are sometimes held up at customs, for that reason we advise Norwegian customers that deliveries can take up to 2 weeks and we´d ask you to wait that long before contacting us.
- USA & Rest of the World: Deliveries to America and the Rest of the World can take anything from 3 - 20 days. If you have not got your item 20 days after shipping confirmation, get in touch and we´ll track it down for you.
If it´s beyond the estimated delivery time frames above, email kiezo@clubberclothing.com to let us know. We will try and track the shipment if we can or arrange a new order. Items do get stolen or go missing in the mail.
I've only received part of my order, where´s the rest of it?If you´ve ordered more than one item then depending on stock levels we will dispatch the parts of your order we have at any one time. Check your emails regularly as you will receive a copy of the sales invoice for items dispatched, which if necessary will show the ‘Items remaining on your order'. If everything is available on your order then we will send it either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery depending on its value for insurance purposes. Otherwise we will send individual items on your order First Class mail. The price you pay for postage when ordering is the price you pay, we don't charge you extra for shipping items on your order individually. We don´t have access to your card details at any time so it's impossible to for us to charge any more.
What size am I?We don't know! Go take a look at your favourite T-Shirt and look at the size. If that's what you're happy with then go with that, or check out the size chart below for guidance. Just be aware that some designs are printed on fitted T-Shirts which are as they sound, more fitted and so will be tighter cut. Most of the other designs are regular T-Shirt. If you don't know what size you are, then you'll need a tape measure. Measure from under arm to under arm across your chest, then multiply by two. That's your chest measurement. Now check the size chart below.

I don't have a credit or debit card. Can I send an order in the post/mail?Yes. You'll need an order form. CLICK here for an order form to print out. Failing that, write us a clear letter and don't forget to include your payment in cheques or postal order made out to Clubbers Clothing. Please allow an extra 10 days for postage to us and for cheques to clear on Mail Orders. If you want to send cash you do so entirely at your own risk, we cannot be held responsible if your cash doesn't reach us. It's up to you to make sure you send it recorded delivery.
I live abroad and I'm not sure what the UK price for my order is in my local currency. How do I find out?We plan to offer Euro's and US Dollars soon, in the meantime you can find a currency converter HERE..
I have registered with you already but now my password doesn't work. Why not?Usually this because when you registered, you either used a different email address or you spelled the email address wrongly. If you have a current order with an incorrect email address then you won't have received an order confirmation email. Please email us giving us your name, post or zip code and the item you ordered so we can take a look at your order and give you the email address you entered. Then you can log in and update you details.
If you haven't got a current order then just re-register making sure the details are correct.
When I enter my email address and password, it keeps saying my password is wrong. Why?Again, make sure you are using the same email address. We have customers who change their email address regularly and forget which one they have registered with us. In any case, as long as you don't have a current order with us you can re-register using the correct details. Otherwise please email kiezo@clubbersclothing.com with your problem and we will do our best to help you out.
Can you print my design/artwork onto a t-shirt?Yes we can! We print some of our own Funny/Slogan/Offensive T-Shirts. If you want a design we can help. We do a lot of this for DJ's or groups. You never know if we like your design we might buy it off you and have it featured on the site alongside others!
I run a store and would be interested in wholesale prices. Can you send me information?Sure we can do wholesale on some ranges. It all depends on what you want to order. Have an idea of which designs you would like then email kiezo@clubbersclothing.com and we will be glad to help you out.
SecurityWhen you shop online at Clubbersclothing.com we want you to feel you can do so securely, and we understand security and trust is a key factor in keeping you satisfied. And we know some customers can be uncomfortable divulging their payment details to companies without a well-known brand name. We have created a shopping environment in which you can have total confidence in using. While we hold all your order and address information, we do not process your payment. We pass responsibility for taking your payment to one of two trusted third party's of your choosing. This means we do not hold any of your debit or credit card information, we leave that to trusted financial institutions, and therefore is safer than using your card in a shop on the high street.
Once you add items to your cart and reach the checkout stage you can select to pay securely in one of two ways.
Privacy PolicyWhen you register your details and or place an order with us we collect your name, email, mail address, phone number(s) and card details. We will also record which products you have purchased, and monitor traffic through the website, this information is collected to help us to improve the site and the shopping process.
Any information we collect will not be used by any 3rd Party organisations. We will use this information to process your orders and if you select to receive information from us when registering, we may use it to inform you of new products and services from Clubbers Clothing which may be of use to you. We may also from time to time send you promotions or offers from the Brands featured on this site.
RegisteringTo save you time we have a Your Account section of the website. Once you have registered with us you will be able to log into the site at any point in the future using your chosen username and password. You can edit your details should anything change and register to receive email updates and offers in the future.
You do not need to register with us to browse our products or to add them to a shopping basket but you MUST register to complete a purchase. Registering is easy and takes only a minute of your time. We DO NOT store credit card details on the site so these must re-entered each time you make a purchase form the site.
When you return to the site in future simply enter your username and password into the login section which can be found at the top right hand corner of every page on the site. If you have forgotten your password simply click on the forgotten password link and complete your email address in the box marked email address and then click the send password button and your password will be sent to your email address.
IMPORTANTWe do not supply your details to 3rd parties and you will only receive information from Clubbers Clothing and occasionally offers from Brands featured on the site if you have requested to do so by not clearing the 2 check boxes on the bottom of the registration form. ReturnsClubbers Clothing undertake to supply premium quality products to everyone of our customers and hope you will be pleased with any products you decide to purchase from www.clubbersclothing.com.
You may return a product only within 7 days of purchase, however you must phone us on 0161 737 7719(from inside the UK) or 00 44 161 737 7719(from outside the UK) or by email to kiezo@clubbersclothing.com to obtain a returns number. Returns will not be accepted without a returns number. All products should be returned to us in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please see below for the different reasons for returns and the procedures you should follow.
The product is damaged or faulty.Whilst we make every effort to ensure the product reaches you in excellent condition occasionally products may be imperfect and need to be returned to us. If the product is faulty then we will cover the cost of the return postage.

T Shirt CareLooking after your t-shirt from Clubbers Clothing
Ok, so you found and ordered that hard to find t-shirt from Clubbers Clothing. You´ve waited for the post man to deliver it. You´ve worn it down the pub and showed it off to all your mates. Now it needs washing - what to do? At Clubbers Clothing we want your hard to find tee to last as long as possible so follow these guidelines.
100% Cotton t-shirts, though usually pre-shrunk, will still shrink a small amount, especially if washed and dried at hot temperatures. To make it last and not to fade or shrink too much you need to wash it at a cooler temparature, no more than 40 degrees. It's also worth turning the t-shirt inside out to protect the design further. If you have bought a vintage 70´s transfer t-shirt, then extra care is needed in washing, and it may be worth considering an even cooler temparture or hand wash. As the transfers are genuine warehouse finds from the 70's they will be a little more delicate.
Most screen printed and normal transfer print t-shirts from Clubbers Clothing can be tumble dried, but be aware this may make it look aged a lot more quickly than if you just hang dry it. That's what we do and recommend. Plus it's more eco friendly to let your tee flap in the breeze on the washing line than in a tumble drier!
When it comes to ironing your t-shirt you need to make sure it is inside out. Never, ever, iron directly on the print as a hot iron means the ink or transfer will melt and run into the fabric of the tee, both ruining the design and the t-shirt. How long did it take you to find just the right t-shirt? The last thing you want to do is wreck it! So set your iron to a low or medium setting and your hard to find tee will be.
All you need to do now is hang it in your wardrobe until the next time you want to impress your mates with your excellent new t-shirt.
